Our team is participating for the second time in the "Get Your Rear In Gear San Francisco" 5K Run/Walk!!!

This year it will be on Sunday, July 9, 2017 @ Lake Merced, an event to benefit the Colon Cancer Coalition.  We want to make a difference for the thousands of people in our community touched by colon cancer. The funds we raise will stay right here, helping with prevention, early detection and treatment for this disease.

Colon cancer does not get the same attention as other commonly known cancers, but it should. It’s the third most common cancer in the United States, with 140,000 people diagnosed each year. Most forms of colon cancer are slow moving, but the good news is as many as 95% of cases are curable-if detected early.

It is an epidemic in our country that people are not getting screened early on. If you have any interest or if you know someone personally that is living or has passed because of this life-changing disease, we hope you will see the value of supporting this critical effort.

Please support our efforts to build hope and beat colon cancer! Thank you in advance for your help.
