It's hard to imagine but it's been seven years since Ryan's untimely passing to colon cancer. It's also the seventh year of Get Your Rear in Gear - Kansas City.
I am so grateful to everyone who continues to support this organization and keep Ryan’s memory alive. Once again I am asking for your support of Home Team Ryan.
Your support of Home Team Ryan and the Colon Cancer Coalition would be greatly appreciated. The funds we raise stay right here in Kansas City, helping with awareness, prevention, early detection and treatment for this disease.
Please support our efforts to build hope and beat colon cancer!
Ryan was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer in August 2009. Every time we were told a new treatment wasn't working he would say, "Well, what are we doing next." He never gave up hope. As a caregiver, I saw firsthand what this disease is capable of. In honor of Ryan and his fight, I will always keep his memory alive and do what I can to help others who battle this disease.
